IBM Copilot Runway
IBM today announced the availability of IBM Copilot Runway at AWS re:Invent 2024, an innovative solution designed to help businesses create, customise, deploy, and manage copilots, including Copilot for Microsoft 365. This new offering aims to seamlessly integrate generative AI capabilities into organisations, significantly enhancing productivity and driving business success.
With IBM Copilot Runway, clients can build tailored copilots for specific business scenarios, focusing on use cases such as customer and field service, employee experience, and procurement and finance. These capabilities will be particularly beneficial for industries like financial services, retail, government, and supply chain.
IBM and Microsoft have a long-standing partnership, serving clients across various industries with AI solutions. IBM Consulting, in collaboration with Microsoft, developed Redi, a conversational virtual assistant for Virgin Money, showcasing the practical benefits of this technology.
IBM Consulting is scaling its copilot capabilities globally, establishing IBM-Microsoft Experience Zones to co-create generative AI solutions with clients. These centres, starting in Bangalore, India, will soon expand to Romania, the UK, and the US.
