The atmosphere at IBM Think 2024 in Boston is absolutely buzzing. Hundreds of delegates from business partners, end-user clients, and strategic partners have gathered to discuss the future of technology, with a special focus on artificial intelligence (AI).

During the Partner Plus keynote, Kate Woolley and Arvind Krishna highlighted three key messages for partners:

  • Ecosystem First: Emphasising the importance of the ecosystem, this message resonated strongly with those in distribution and IBM’s network of partners.
  • Collaboration: Stressed the need for working together with strategic partners to deliver real business outcomes and solutions that address client needs.
  • AI Opportunity: Highlighted the $4.4 trillion opportunity that AI presents, particularly through productivity gains.

These insights set the tone for the event, showcasing IBM’s commitment to ecosystem collaboration and the immense potential of AI technologies.

Chris Jackson is set to catch up with Rachel Hicks of IBM to discuss the AI opportunity further. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s update on day two roundup and to hear more about the innovative discussions and insights from the event.
